SVDigitalization Masterclass 1st place
Our 3-member team participated in Digitalization Masterclass program. The team consisted of Finance and Development Manager Annika Valksaare, CEO Karmo Lomp, and Special Works Factory Production Manager Hardi Piiroja.
The Masterclass kicked off on March 8th, and from there, a three-month period of intensive learning and practical application took place. Participation in the Masterclass required excellent time management skills, as the program was tight, and meeting deadlines was crucial for successful completion.
📊 Our team participated in the Masterclass to further refine our company’s digital strategy and establish a future digitalization action plan in a more systematic manner. All of this could be done under the guidance and supervision of experts. In addition, each company was assigned a specific mentor who provided instructions, advice, and practical tips throughout the program. At this point, we say a big thank you to our excellent mentor, Andro Kullerkupp, who helped us stay on track and whose ideas and thoughts were of great assistance.

This recognition gives us confidence that we are on the right path and that our plan for further digitalization is well-thought-out and realistic. The knowledge, experience, and tools obtained from the program can be used in the future for the successful implementation of digitalization projects and risk mitigation.
