COVID-19 information for client and stakeholders

Dear Customers, Suppliers and Stakeholders,
Plaat Detail OÜ is adapting with the new situation in the world caused by COVID-19 virus. Our main tasks are to keep our customers and personnel healthy and safe and to keep on serving our customers as normally as possible.

We would like to assure you we are currently not experiencing any difficulties with our productions and despatching process runs smoothly. We have been assured by all of our main suppliers that they also work hard to maintain steady workflow and there are currently no major changes in their deliveries.

We are meeting all requirements suggested by Estonian Health Board and WHO.
Among other measures taken, we have:

  • increased hygiene requirements;
  • cancelled all face-to-face meetings and visits to our plants;
  • cancelled all business trips;
  • instructed our employees, who have visited a foreign country, to stay at home for at least 2
    weeks;
  • instructed all truck drivers to stay in their driver compartments during loading.

We will actively monitor the situation in the world and continue close communication with our suppliers, partners and customers in order to take fast actions should an issue arise. We hereby ask you to keep us informed of all the circumstances that could prevent us from shipping goods to you.
