A key advantage is that laminate manufacturers offer door-sized laminates, allowing the entire door leaf to be covered in one piece without excess material waste. This ensures a high-quality finish and cost-efficiency.

How are interior doors manufactured?

Our interior doors are custom-made, following both standard and bespoke dimensions.

Material Selection: Choosing appropriate materials based on the application and project requirements.
Lamination and Cutting: Door surfaces are covered with laminate and cut to the desired size.
Edging: Edges are finished according to the solution (laminate, ABS, veneer, etc.).
Machining: Necessary post-processing is performed, such as cutouts for lock cases, hinges, and handles.
